ArtSmart is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization whose purpose is to coordinate, advise, promote and encourage all activities dedicated to the appreciation of the arts within the greater Salem area. The goal is to offer services to the members and individual artists and to provide leadership in artistic and cultural development. Members are representatives from area non-profit arts/cultural groups and individuals interested in promoting the arts and cultural opportunites in the region. ArtSmart is governed by a Board of Directors and is subject to all laws pertaining to charitable organizations as described by the State of Oregon.
