Executive Director

Mission Mill Museum, located in Salem, Oregon, seeks a dynamic individual to serve as its Executive Director. The Executive Director works closely with the Board of Directors and supervises a staff of fourteen full and part-time employees.  Preference given to those with experience managing museums and/or non-profit organizations, with knowledge of the operations of an historical association, and with experience engaging in fund raising.  The ED manages Mission Mill’s day-to-day operations, including fundraising, communications, marketing and membership.  He or she represents Mission Mill Museum to the area community, and at local, regional and national levels.
