participating groups of ArtSmart are committed to further arts education.
Student ticket prices and programs are offered by many of the groups.

Artists in Action-
A network of artists creating stronger ties
with each other and with the communities of the Salem area. Members share
their achievements, ideas, inspirations and opportunities for artists
to develop, show and/or sell their work. Members participate in a variety
of activities in the community to ensure art becomes a visible part of

Children's Education Theatre-
Theatre arts (performance & stage craft)
for students in grades 4-12. Participation includes both classes and being
in a play or musical. The program takes place at
South Salem High School and lasts for five weeks. Cost of the program

CWERKS Interactive Theatre-
CWERKS has interactive plays and programs to enhance a school’s
curriculum, a library’s reading club, or a city’s festival.
Most of their plays are based on well-known fables and fairy tales, and
their assembly programs develop skills or further the learning of tales
and myths. CWERKS can also provide a variety of
classes, workshops, and residencies. Occasionally, CWERKS will hold

Keizer Art Association-
Located in the Keizer Heritage Building, the
Keizer Art Association offers a variety of classes for adults and children.

Oregon Symphony Association in
Salem-
Oregon Symphony concerts in Salem have a $5
student ticket rate (any student, any age, with valid student ID) for
any available seat. Tickets can be purchased ONLY at the box office the
night of the concert at the concert venue. Box office opens at 7:00 pm,

Pentacle Theatre-
Student discount of $1.50 off advanced purchase
reserved seat tickets and 1/2 price for student tickets purchased at the
door. The Thursday night prior to the opening night of a show run is student
night and is free to student groups...Reservations Required. For student

Salem Chamber Orchestra-
Scholarship opportunities are available through
the Connie Fritz Memorial Concerto Competition. In addition, Salem Chamber
Orchestra offers discounted tickets for season concerts. For further information,

Willamette Girlchoir-
A private choral program for girls age 6-18.
WGC provides additional musical education to support school choral programs.
